Wage and Pay Raise
A teacher’s income in any given month will consist of per-lesson payment for all the lessons they teach, booked lessons that were cancelled last-minute, and other incentives the teacher has earned. Our performance evaluation system allows teachers who showed excellent accomplishments to receive salary increase.
Transportation Expenses
Transportation expenses are company reimbursed (based on reasonable commuting distance).
Vacations and Holidays
– Japanese National Holidays (16 days at minimum)
– Paid holidays (based on Japanese Standard Labor Law)
